An Investigation Initiated concerning Driving Courses in Samsun and Nevşehir (27.12.2012)

A decision has been made by the Competition Board concerning the preliminary inquiry conducted in response to the complaints stating that driving courses operating in Samsun and Nevşehir colluded to fix prices for courses. The Board decided that the findings of the preliminary inquiry sufficient and opened an investigation on a total of 47 driving courses, with 30 of them in Samsun and 17 in Nevşehir, in its meeting dated 18.7.2012.

Article 4 of the Act no 4054 prohibits all anti-competitive agreements and concerted practices between undertakings.
