Türk Telekomünikasyon A.Ş. was imposed an administrative fine of 7.551.953,95 TL under article 16.1(c) of the Act no 4054 since it was found that, during the investigation conducted on Türk Telekomünikasyon A.Ş. ve TTNET A.Ş. in order to determine whether article 6 of the Act no 4054 on was violated by means of the pricing implemented for the Home Advantage tariffs and promotions for fixed phone services, certain information or documents provided by Türk Telekomünikasyon A.Ş. to the Competition Authority as per article 14 of the Act no 4054 were false or misleading.
