In its meeting of 3.3.2001, Competition Board decided that an investigation should be initiated concerning 3M Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş., Kisan İnşaat Mühendislik Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş., Kisan Trafik İşaretleri Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş., Özgürler Trafik İşaretleri Sanayi ve Ticaret Ltd. Şti., Ulukar Elektronik Makina İnşaat Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş., Günsan Trafik Elektrik ve İnşaat Mühendislik Sanayi Ticaret Ltd. Şti., Satra Trafik Sanayi İnşaat ve Ticaret Ltd. Şti., Makimsan Asfalt Taahhüt İnşaat Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş., all of which are active in the traffic signalization sector, in order to determine whether they violated article 4 of the Act no 4054 through collusive bidding in tenders.
 

*Investigation decisions taken by the Competition Board are announced to the public following the notification of the decision to the undertakings or associations of undertakings under investigation. These declarations, which are made within the framework of informing the public on Competition Board decisions, can not be interpreted to mean the undertakings or associations of undertakings under investigation have violated the Act no 4054 and that they have faced or will face sanctions under the Act.
