The investigation conducted to determine whether private schools operating in the Kocaeli province violated Article 4 of the Act no 4054 on the Protection of Competition was concluded.

The investigation process was with settlement for 18 undertakings, and it was decided that Arı İnovasyon ve Bilim Eğitim Hizmetleri AŞ, which was still under investigation, violated Article 4 of the Act no 4054 on the Protection of Competition by its practices in the labor markets related to non-poaching and fixing employee salaries, and therefore should be imposed administrative fines.
